If you are not able to join us on December 16th, don't feel like you are cut out of the auction fun! If you are interested in any of the items that you see listed on the Website, here is all you need to do!

Email Eileen Roche at eroche@stanford.edu and let her know what the item number, description and the MAXIMUM amount you are willing to bid for the item. Please make sure that your bid is at least equal to the minimum bid $$. Include your name, address and phone number in that email.

We will take your bid and assign it to a bid runner who will monitor your item throughout the auction. They will be chartered to start bidding on the item for you, increasing by the bid increments as necessary. So, for example, the opening bid for an item is $50, the bid increments are $5 and your maximum amount is $100. Your bid runner would bid $50. If someone else bid $55, the bid runner would then bid $60. They would continue bidding in that way if the bidding increased, but if the bid reached $105, they would stop.

If you are the high bidder, you will be contacted within 2 days via phone or email. You will then have 48 hours to respond and make payment and pickup arrangements. If we do not hear back from you in that time, we will proceed to the next highest bidder!

We can arrange to ship items to you - you will be responsible for the charges for any freight. Please keep in mind that we cannot ship any wine or liquor.
