Compete in the only tournament open to the entire Stanford community: men and women members, faculty/staff, students and alumni. Compete as individuals for low gross and as 2-person teams for low gross and net honors in this popular 4th annual event. Last year's event had a waiting list. When: Saturday, April 5 at 8:00 am. Entry deadline is Thursday March 27. Eligibility: All current Stanford golf men and women members, current faculty/staff (including pros), current Stanford students and Stanford alumni. Entrants may invite 1 partner, male or female (including spouses), who also meets these Stanford affiliation eligibility requirements. Entry Fee: Member (including juniors), Student, Golf Staff $40 , Faculty/Staff (non-member) $85, Alumni $110. Lunch included. Carts not included. Individual entries will be paired to form 2-person teams. Format: 2-person best ball (net and gross at 90% of March handicaps, 80% for teams with handicap spreads more than 8) and individual low gross for both men and women. There will be flights for participants without USGA handicaps. Amateurs play from black or white (men) and blue (women) tees. Pros play with a course handicap of no more than zero: red tees for men, black tees for women. Prizes: Team prizes for about 1/3 of the field will be gift certificates to the Stanford golf shop. Individual low gross (men and women), and the winning low net and gross teams will be recognized on the perpetual clubhouse plaque. Lunch: Full lunch and beverages included for all participants.
